I am Sandra Bueno; a 21st-Century Social Entrepreneur, Free-Agent, and Life-Skills Empowerment Coach. My mission is to help you embrace your spiritual essence, while simulatenously empowering you to remove the perceived limitations present in your life today.

As founder of Live and Learn Enterprises LLC; a "whole-istic" personal development and youth empowerment coaching company based in West Palm Beach, Florida., I develop practical training programs, model strategies, and platform "Showcase Events" to assist youth and those who care for youth; -parents, teachers, counselors, mentors, educators and leaders to create breakthroughs in their lives, while experiencing higher levels of personal health and total well-being; i.e. physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

THE SHIFT

Today we all have the unprecendented opportunity to change our present conditions by using the many outlets and vehicles available to help ourselves. With the ease and onmi-presence of technical communication channels and venues for information and education, practical and relevant tools are but a click-and-a-screen away. While we all have the unique position to use our past and our present to shift results, it is up to each one of us, to define what is real, truthful, empowering, transparent and to our common human-benefit. Our willingness to uncover and apply both spiritual and practical 21st-Century solutions to our lives, is the decisive force in the quality of life we will embrace for the coming future.

EMBRACING A SPIRITUAL IDENTITY

Our willingness to embrace individual accountability for who we ARE and whom we are BEING on a personal level is the starting point for all shifts in life. For adult men and women, I believe this is our primary and most difficult challenge today. Despite this challenge, it is also the window to uncovering our individual and collective empowerment in personal and interpersonal transformation as we enter this new Century.

With this opportunity, we have the invitation to shift the course of tendency - one of "least resistance" and "copromise." What one generation tolerates, the next generation accepts...If we ARE the bridge to the next generations, then we must be the change we see!

In all areas of life, internal and external, practical and intellectual, we have a window through which we can choose to confront our conditioning and our tolerance of mediocrity, loss of self-respect, loss of values, integrity, trust, morality and consequence and create shifts that mirror our true beliefs and values. .

As human beings, we have the opportunity for individual and collective contemplation. We have the power to shift our standing with reference to what is being presented as our ways of life and behavior.

The 21st Century, markedly invites participants of life to start living from a perspective of service, gratitude, kindness, humanity, and vision, rather than greed, selfishness, self-service and disregard. Understanding the context in which we live and exist, is the greatest of opportunities we have today. It is the secret to uncovering and thriving in the 21st Century!

As a powerful testament, my personal conviction and commitment to pursuing my dreams and possibilities, while overcoming grief and frustration, were supported and unleashed by experiencing powerful breakthrough technologies and applying mastery learning techniques taught by one of my mentors; -world's leading transformation coach and personal development expert in human development training; - Anthony Robbins.

Through his example, passion, tutelage and mastery training systems, I myself was inspired and convicted to transform my innate sense of contribution, love and desire into a practical vision I could recognize as worthy of my being.

The combination of spiritual gifts and practical learnable-skills are today the foundation of my CORE Life Belief Model, teaching programs and empowerment philosophy that give me the certainty and knowledge that personal change and transformation for 21st Century Success is within reach to all who want or hope for it; young and old alike.

Simply watching television, we can see the results of programming and conditioning on our lives and lifestyles. Greatly attributed to media, print advertisment and entrepreneurial marketing, we have been forced to witness and connect with a level of being that is an assault to our values, morals, ethics, and standards we grew to respect and expect.

On a personal and social level, we now see the effects of "accepted" and "tolerated" antics, and choices public entities, private business, Hollywood, government, educators, businesses, the market, and employers have placed on our way of being and quality of life. This effect has trickled and become an assultive way of behavior that has permeated our livingrooms, families relationships and homes.

What is worse is that our young children and young adults are being exposed to unacceptable behavior that is now becoming the model of acceptable being since it is being praised by media, magazines, ratings, and corporate endorsements.

As the world's superpower and leader in civility, growth and abundance, we must embrace and focus on validating our unique- God-given-essence and invest in learning the "how-to's" of practical abilities for living life with empowerment, dignity and respect. It is time we publicly bring God, gratitude, faith, belief and the spirit of purpose and vision into our daily existence, families, schools, communities, nation and world.

With spiritual awareness, purposeful awakening, practical coaching skills, tools, technology and education, those who are willing to take responsibility for their choices and present life, will positively and intentionally alter the course of our personal, social, national, international, and global conditions for the better.

A Snippet of Life; Womanhood

an excerpt from Sandra's Personal Release - (2010)

You must believe in yourself FIRST, before anyone else does; including your mother!

Belief.
As I write these words, I am, and will continue to be a work-in-progress.

Growing and learning means just that...as you continue to expand in different areas of your life, you realize there is always more to know and must continue going forward, unraveling more layers of who you are...a cross between a rose and an onion coming into bloom as the layers are peeled off one by one.

Until I had concrete awareness of my God-given abilities and confidence in my learned skills, I was afraid to believe in me or my spiritual purpose to help others embrace their power.

I used to live my everyday life wanting 2Be, trying to appear on the outside like I wanted to feel on the inside; -secure, certain, valued, appreciated, loved, fulfilled, and acknowledged.

In my twenties and thirties, I engaged in activities, choices and experiences that gave me a temporary sampling of what I wanted to have in my life.

I wanted to embrace life to the fullest. That meant being open to opportunities as they appeared.

Oftentimes, I undermined myself and my self worth by engaging in relationships and circumstances that did not support me nor my values. I was still too young to recognize the needs I was meeting through the choices I was making!

Internally, I conceived that God had given me the skills I needed to become who ever I wanted 2Be. Externally, I floundered through life's experiences and opportunities, always seeking more.

I knew I had the abilities within to manifest my dreams and live the mission I came to fulfill in this world. I knew I was intelligent enough, pretty enough, talented enough to do whatever I wanted. The challenge was I knew it in theory and not in practice. On a practical level, I did not HAVE A PLAN to manifest those ideas I had. I simply thought about them in a distant, possible future, not knowing or conjuring up how life would happen to me.

In my mind and heart, I believed that within me lied the "seeds of greatness," yet, I heard messages that competed with my sense of certainty, self-belief and determination.

Unknowingly, I sabotaged possibilities with choices and decisions that did not support who I knew I was on a spiritual level. I now know that I was looking to find in others, what I had not yet found in me.

A Child Within

Though I pursued making a difference for my life and had great learning experiences, I nonetheless took steps that went against my emotional and spiritual core identity. As a woman who reflected confidence, passion, love and joy on the outside, I was really a child wanting to be accepted, loved and protected.

I wanted to share the most beautiful part of me, only to hurt myself in the process. As a result, I was creating mental, emotional, and physical heartache that would one day overflow.

As I passionately embraced opportunity and continued believing in being greater than my circumstances, I defended the dreams of my heart against the one person who had the greatest influence in me; my mother.

With her fears, perceptions and judgements of past, present and future, I fought hard not to assume her belief system and mental conditioning. Instead I chose to life with faith, hope and illusion in spite of her forceful stance.

As a first generation Hispanic American older sibling of three, I pushed to live my own possibilities, while breaking the mold of what, who and how my mother expressed and thought I needed to be.

In this quest, I faced her opposition with defiant love to show her that my dreams were possible, that I could believe in my purpose without having to sucumb to the expectations and criticisms she often voiced.

As much as I loved her, I struggled to not have resentment, discord or ill feelings toward her. I also fought fervently to not feel the pain her opinions and judgements inflicted.

As a point, I showed her one could live life with vibrancy, fun and laughter by not focusing on the hardships and struggle. I defied her conventions and went against her point of view. In the process, I shared opportunities of travel, excitement, learning, empowerment, philosophy as proof of my beliefs.

In my book of life, what she referred to as "failure" was "evidence and results." I vehemently contested and opposed her beliefs that not having enough was not the reality I had to live with in my life!

I positioned myself to be the difference I sought, commited to pursuing what I felt in my heart, while helping her move away from a life of limiting beliefs and misconceptions to a life of hope, faith and possibilities (an undying wish I will always believe in).

Not being emotionally mature enough to perceive how one creates the ideal quality of life one wants, I lived life almost entirely from a spiritual perspective; living, loving, laughing, enjoying and finding the hidden beauty and meaning in everything.

While this allowed me to develop within, and to identify with my higher calling, it also encouraged me to not place a great deal of importance on the financial and structure part of life that supported meeting the basic needs for existence. I felt that practical responsibility was boring, limiting and obstrusive.

At the time, I saw purpose and magic wherever I went. he world and life you envision today. Live your dream

I chose not do or believe what everyone else did, includingmy mother.

I created my own reality amidst a sea of perception I did not want to acknowledge.

In spite of my spiritual awareness, I lived below my practical needs and possible potential. Evidence I conditioned myself to live with. Fortunately, I was convicted enough to not give into fear or place conscious limitations upon my essence and future possibilities.

As relationships dissolved, traces of self-esteem lost were beginning to show. The glass of heartache, unbeknowingly, was filling up...

Despite the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual challenges faced, I entertained my far-away dreams with belief, but with a certain degree of subconscious skepticism.

CATALYST 4 CHANGE

As life does to those who believe, it brought a catalyst to direct me toward my higher calling.

At the turn of the 21st Century, I suffered a series of physical accidents working as an international flight attendant. Multiple injuries to my back and neck left me unable to physically function and recover to my full potential. While this became a personal challenge, it ultimately became the wake-up call to my spiritual empowerment and personal transformation.

It was then "The Road Less Traveled" took a purposeful direction. It was then when I decided to purposefully unravel and perceive who I truly was in my CORE.

Without hesitation, yet sheer determination, I embraced the difficulties head-on! I commited myself to defying the odds and not falling beneath my pain, discomfort, uncertainty and struggle.

With commitment to rise above circumstance and in defiance of my physical limitations and personal complications, a traumatic and life-altering experience became my source of courage and resolve.

It took almost four-years of inner-core workings supported by external life realities and challenging financial, moral, relational, family, academic, social, spiritual, mental, and enmotional circumstances to bring out the power I inherently connected with.

The results is what I now bring to free others from their own cell of pain and secret frustration.

I will not say the process was easy; for the hardest person to conquer is the image we hold in our mind of who we think we are.

While I finally understood the only one we can change is ourselves, I now know it is through our own change that we can impact the world around us and those and that we care for.

I equally embrace the realization that as a woman, the love I have for myself and the value I give my spirit and purpose directly impacts every relationship and choice I make in life.

The love and acceptance I sought from others, most especially in intimate relationships, is only the love I can give myself.

More than ever, I thank God he has allowed me to see the place he holds in my innermost being. I thank God his spirit has always been inside, beside, beneath and above where I am. Had I known the value of this before, my life would not have this story to tell. Like they say, "everything happens in God's time."
